What You’ll Be Doing**

• This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the internal teams through the onboarding process by executing all aspects of the internal account setup process.
• Responds directly to field sales and internal staff.
• Executes account setup and modification, including majors, logo codes, sales accounts, and billing accounts.
• Ensures customer paperwork is accurate.
• Customer research and general troubleshooting (GPO affiliations, strategic account look-ups)
• Be involved in ongoing improvement efforts as directed by management.
• Maintaining 2-4 hour response times and 24-hour account setup.
• Facilitate onboarding activity among all promo departments for new incoming customers.
• Ensure consistent setup in regard to programs, special order and finance

What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years relevant work experience

What’s Needed- Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel
• Advanced knowledge of LINC account screens
• Industry knowledge
