Position Summary**
As a Marketing Administrator, you will join forces with our dynamic sales team to shape and execute cutting-edge sales and marketing plans. Your role will involve maintaining an updated and accurate CRM, aligned seamlessly with our marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a fundamental understanding of marketing, coupled with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to driving our marketing and sales efforts. Your mission: increase engagement, generate more revenue, and streamline the sales cycle. **
Duties/Responsibilities**
CRM & Sales Support:
Keep the CRM up to date and accurate.
Align CRM with marketing and sales strategies. **
Social Media & Brand Alignment**
Foster brand consistency across social media platforms.
Engage in strategic social media initiatives. **
Content Marketing**
Develop and implement content marketing strategies. **
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**
Strong Writing Skills:
Craft compelling and engaging content. **
Taskmaster Mentality**
Exceptional time-management skills. **
Tactical Approach To Marketing**
Strategize marketing content and distribution effectively. **
Client/Vendor Service**
Provide superior and professional service. **
Fundamental Marketing Understanding**
Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in marketing fundamentals. **
Effective Communication**
Communicate clearly and consistently. **
Responsiveness**
Promptly respond via phone, messaging, email, etc. **
Desirable Software Skillsets**
Microsoft Suite:

Video Production Skills**
Bonus points for content editing; preferred software negotiable. **
Remote Work Platforms**
Teams, Zoom, etc. **
Enterprise CRMs**
Navigate and utilize CRM systems effectively. **
Social Media Proficiency**
Leverage various social media platforms. **
Education & Experience**
Degree in Marketing:
A must for this role. **
Administrative Marketing Experience**
2 years of hands-on experience.
