About the Role:The Senior Partnerships Manager at Ridge will have the overall goal of developing and maintaining a network of short and long form content creators on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Your primary objective will be to secure advertising spaces and create integrations that engage the audiences of these creators to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external creators to execute on Ridge Campaign and unique opportunity marketing strategies based on the creators, ensuring that our brand is represented effectively and the campaign messaging aligns with company goals for specific seasons of our calendar.

J ob Responsibilities:

Influencer Engagement: - Identify and engage content creators aligned with the Ridge brand and customer demographics. - Negotiate advertising deals with creators for both short and long term relationships. Of course short term deals can turn into long term partnerships. - Create integrations for specific creator audiences with respect to special promotions and product designs.

Relationship Building: - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers and managers. - Plan to expand our current network of long-term partners with new integrations for their audiences.

Performance Optimization: - Analyze influencer performance to improve campaign success and engagement. - Develop strategies for content, key time frames, and trending influencers. - Repurpose influencer content for ads across Paid Social Media campaigns. - Monitor new sponsored content for leveraging longer term partnerships and better agreement terms with creators.

Key Partner Liaison: - Maintain day-to-day relationships between partners and internal departments. - Co-develop and execute partnership activation plans. - Execute partner events and manage budgets.

Organization and Reporting: - This person should have a background using project management systems such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira or Notion. Right now the Partnerships team uses Monday.com and Notion. - Task Tracking is a requirement for this position - which we organize via Notion to plan all Marketing Campaigns. - High level Microsoft Excel Skills for data analysis highly preferred. Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc. - Understanding of Monday.com automations. We will provide training, but a background on how these tools function is critical.

Infrastructure Growth: - We are looking for someone with 1-2 years minimum of management experience to be able to inherit some current team members. - This responsibly will be critical in working to build and improve on current team infrastructure. - We then believe connected with the improvement of operational infrastructure, our team can be mentored to improve performance and grow their own responsibilities within the department and company as a whole.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in influencer marketing with a seven-figure budget, demonstrating the ability to identify and engage influencers across various career stages, and proven success in national and global influencer campaigns.
  • Budget Management: & Threshold Experience.Proven ability to manage seven-figure influencer budgets, distinguishing between person and departmental budgets effectively.
  • Proven track record in managing influencer budgets exceeding $100,000, with a monthly budget of at least $50,000.
  • Platform Proficiency: Expertise in YouTube is essential, with experience in Instagram, TikTok, or Twitch considered a plus.
  • Project Management: Track record of successfully managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and clients.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Notion or similar platform will be advantageous in the applicant review process.
  • Focus on Paid Deals: Demonstrated expertise in managing paid deals exclusively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and critical decision-making skills to expand the scope of the position's responsibilities.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders, including creators, agencies, and managers.
