Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that leverage TikTok influencers to drive sales to our TTS and retail channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social media marketing and a proven track record of successful influencer partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies focused on TikTok to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Identify and establish relationships with TikTok influencers whose audiences align with our target market.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure influencer campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate the distribution of products to influencers, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Product Distribution: Number of products successfully sent to influencers per campaign.
  • View Generation: Total views generated from influencer content across TikTok.
  • Engagement Metrics: Likes, comments, shares, and saves on influencer posts.
  • Conversion Rates: Percentage of viewers who make a purchase or take a desired action.
  • Return on Investment (ROI): Revenue generated relative to campaign costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on TikTok.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, trends, and best practices.
