Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with referral partners, including Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches.
• Identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities, fostering strong business connections through company-sponsored events and direct-to-consumer activities.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and credit data, aligning consumer needs with suitable loan programs while managing risk effectively.
• Enhance Sun West's visibility in the marketplace, contributing to our reputation as a trusted financial partner.

Requirements**

• Possession of a valid NMLS state license.
• Demonstrated success with over 2 years of external/outside retail mortgage origination experience, emphasizing self-sourced business.
• Proven sales expertise with the ability to meet Branch production standards.
• Thorough familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines, and a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of real estate transactions.
