Qualifications: Progressive leadership experience in managing technical sales teams including Solutions Architects and/or Sales Engineering teams, Proven experience in building and leading global manager teams with 30+ members, Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes, tools, agile, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, application security, and cloud deployment models, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead and develop the Solutions Architects team, focusing on mentorship, recruiting, and team growth
- Develop strategies to enhance win rates for different customer requirements while aligning with other departments and fostering relationships
- Implement programs to scale operations to support future growth and improve technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback for product development and messaging, aligned with regional and account plans
