Senior Associate, Sales Operations**

The Senior Associate, Sales Operations will work closely with sales and marketing data to provide valuable and actionable insights to support both revenue growth and a fast-growing sales team with reporting, analytics, data management, and more. The Sales Operations team reports to the SVP of Sales, so the role will have the opportunity to inform and influence strategic growth decisions. You will play a critical role in helping build the foundation for developing actionable insights to help Alma grow. **

What you’ll do:**

  • Develop a deep understanding of how our data is structured and transform raw information (e.g. marketing and sales activities, sales opportunity data) into insights and intuitive data visualization that empower our growth teams to make effective decisions
  • Monitor business performance and present insights and trends
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly growth business reviews
  • Maintain and manage repository of reports and dashboards
  • Take responsibility for analytical projects from intake and ideation to completion in collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, data, and other teams
  • Use SQL to transform raw information (e.g. marketing and sales activities, sales opportunity data) into insights and intuitive data visualization
  • Support sales compensation reporting and processes
  • Support the maintenance of data integrity within the revenue tools

Who you are:

  • You have 2-4 years of work experience, ideally with experience at a startup and/or at a fast-growing technology company
  • You have experience interpreting revenue related data and applying findings to growth teams (sales, marketing, retention)
  • You are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
  • You have working knowledge of SQL
  • You have strong understanding of key revenue drivers
  • You are a skilled communicator who can effectively distill information from complex datasets and deliver insights in a way that audiences can easily understand
  • You have curiosity to dig into ambiguous problems, solve in a structured way, and make recommendations
  • You have experience with cross-functional project management
  • You ideally have experience with Salesforce

Salary: $100,000

On Target Commission: $10,000
