The Senior Manager of Demand Generation Efficiency will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maximizing the effectiveness of our demand generation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance efficiency across all aspects of demand generation, including marketing automation, lead management, campaign performance analysis and framework building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline demand generation processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand generation efforts with overall business objectives

  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation tools and other systems

  • Establish best practices for lead scoring, routing, and segmentation to optimize lead conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective communication and handover of qualified leads.

  • Implement robust analytics and reporting systems to measure the success of demand generation campaigns aligned very tightly with Marketing Analytics Organization

  • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Effectively manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and demonstrate fiscal responsibility in demand generation initiatives.
     

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in demand generation, with a focus on B2B technology or SaaS. Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable plans.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding demand generation targets.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$120,375.00 - $200,625.00
