We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Integrated Campaigns to lead our marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive top of the funnel, engagement, and conversion.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and lead the overall integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns, incorporating online and offline channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, messaging, and creative assets.
Cross-Channel Coordination:
- Coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
- Ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management:
- Manage the budget for integrated campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on campaign expenditures and ROI.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience 15+ years in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and their integration.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
Salary Ranges:
$147,375.00 - $245,625.00
