Executive Vice President

As the Executive Vice President of BobCAD/CAM (BobCAD), you are the leader of a dedicated team across sales, product development, and customer success.

Thousands of clients around the world rely on your products to drive their Computer Aided machine tools.

Reporting to a Harris Portfolio Manager, the BobCAD EVP is accountable for achieving the strategic and financial targets of the business.

This position will be remote from the United States or based out of the BobCAD office, in Oldsmar, Florida.

What will your impact be?

· Ownership and vision of a 5-year product strategy addressing the needs of our customers and market

· Embolden a customer-oriented culture to grow new name market stake

· Inspire and develop new and existing leaders within the organization

· Engage and unite with customers to further their success with BobCAD

· Achieve the net revenue and EBITA growth targets set by the company

What are we looking for?

· Business Operator skilled at driving Customer Engagement and Customer Growth

· 5+ years of experience at a senior leadership level

· Growth-mindset & capable of building meaningful relationships

· Excellent leadership & communication skills

· Experience managing a multi-functional group

· Financial acumen

· Comfortable with some travel
