Job Description – Scope:
1. Work Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Data Validation Checks reports to resolution
2. Address and Location Tasks
3. End User Workstation Certifications
4. Stockroom Certifications
5. Data Center Certifications
6. Printer Certifications
7. Branch Certifications
8. Update Asset Attributes for Certifications
9. Work Asset Tracking Tasks Related to Certifications to Resolution
10. Asset Add and Update Tasks
Detailed Activities:
- workstations assigned to a terminated employee (4802 currently) - look up manager and see if can update
- In stock missing stockroom ( 4832 current) identify based on flexera active equipment and contact users as necessary
- Site Contact with leave Date (9720 current) if over 90 days contact manager to verify equipment and recover as needed
- Assets Pending Close Sites (12,369) using last seen contact employee to verify location and update, check NTT daily inventory list
- Address updates - Daily verifying against US Government Client - 2 hours a day
- Location Updates - Daily Create site codes based on incoming tasks
- Email - Daily answering questions and resolving issues to completion
- Reconciliation - Daily correcting asset attributes as needed
- Mass reconciliation of asset data as needed in order to keep assets in certification cycle
- Correct asset and certification data attributes - Daily
- Complete asset add and update tasks – Daily
