IT Project Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards and timelines. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their business needs and ensuring that their expectations are met. Additionally, the Project Manager will collaborate with our technical teams to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and ensure that these are accurately translated into technical specifications.
  
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
  
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and stakeholder communications.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT services industry, with a focus on international clients.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and technical teams.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
