Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Regional Finance Executive to join our team in the Direct Markets division. This exciting role covers a highly successful territory in the South/Central Pennsylvania market. **

Responsibilities**

You will have the opportunity to apply and enhance your sales and marketing skills in the Automotive space. Your primary responsibilities include:

Cultivating relationships and production in current accounts, obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space.

Supporting performance and key initiatives to drive growth and profitability within the region.

Providing ongoing training and development within the dealership.

Effective communication with customers and their team members via relevant mediums to maintain strong relationships.

Attending conferences, seminars, training events, and other meetings to promote marketing efforts, as needed.

Understanding and responding to changing technology/IT requirements of accounts and gaining internal buy-in to maintain strong relationships. **

Basic Qualifications**

Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in sales area.

Must reside in the territory required by the position. **

Preferred Qualifications**

Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.

Retail automotive experience in Finance or Senior Sales Management.

Outside sales experience is ideal.

Advanced knowledge of the Automotive industry, market, and competitors.

Substantial knowledge of Automotive and traditional software and technology.

Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance principles.

Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims.

Ability to interpret financial statements.

Strong presentation skills, both in small and large groups. **
