Cella is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our client's growing DTC Brand & Creative Team!
As a Digital Designer, you will be an integral part of a growing team, reporting directly to the Associate Creative Director. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with Copy, Marketing, and Brand teams to articulate brand stories effectively. You'll play a key role in engaging and converting customers by visually communicating our client's value to the world. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness and design, and thrives in a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation are valued. **
Responsibilities:**
- Concept and produce designs across several customer lifecycle touchpoints, including our social channels, email, landing pages, and website.
- Translate brand styles into a consistent visual journey for the consumer.
- Understand, interpret, and respond to revisions throughout the approval process within short time frames.
- Storyboard, present and pitch concepts to team members and stakeholders, clearly explaining and respectfully defending your choices and ideas, and thoughtfully incorporating aligned upon feedback.
- Stay up to date on the latest creative trends in performance marketing and graphic design and consistently push your work in new ways.
- Execute post-production work, including color correction, exporting and delivery of files.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 4+ years working in a fast-paced, high-growth company producing graphic design in support of marketing goals.
- A relevant portfolio of performance-driving graphic design, preferably including previous work from DTC brands.
- Experience in creating digital content for email, social platforms, and websites.
- An eye for detail and proven ability to independently manage projects in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and agility to jump between projects with shifting schedules and deadlines.
- Experience in working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good project management and time management skills.
- Ability to work with people in-person as well as with people who are remote.
- Strong brainstorming and ideation skills.
- Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment.
- Experience leveraging data and consumer insights to inform design decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to express your design decisions and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Clear, concise, and transparent communication style.
