About the Role:

• Lead complex  programs and cross-functional teams to build the next generation Endpoint Security solutions making Trellix a leader in the market and helping our customers to be ahead of the threats. 

• Collaborate closely with security teams to implement and develop solutions and processes that meet customer needs. Clearly specify project constraints and maintain transparent communication channels throughout.

• Identify and provide solutions to minimize project exposure and risk, effectively addressing program roadblocks and driving a mitigation plan.

• Be in charge of planning and executing the launching of Endpoint Security products, from inception to customer facing rollout. Work closely with Product, engineering, UX, services, marketing, legal, etc… across all program and product lifecycle phases.

• Provide management level visibility and reporting on project status and risk.

About You:

• Strong program manager: You bring 3+ years of program or project management experience

• Data driven: Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

• Great communicator: You’re an active listener that masters verbal and nonverbal communication, able to synthesize and present information to executives and all levels of management. 

• Strategy: Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. 

• A team player with an always-can-do attitude: You have the ability to tackle challenges head-on with positivity.

• Experienced: in working with engineering, product management and other teams using both agile and waterfall frameworks. SAFe is a plus.
