Job description

Our client is on a mission to transform how home buyers and sellers understand the Real Estate Market. They are growing rapidly and looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join their top-ranking Real Estate technology team. It's an opportunity to join the team in this fully remote, work-from-home opportunity!

As their brokerage grows, they are looking for a deal processing and administration professional who is detail-oriented, collaborative, action-oriented and excited to take on a challenge that is vital to succeeding in this role. It's an opportunity to excel in a fast-changing growing environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

• Process all types of real estate transactions, including; Buying, Listing, Leases & Builder

• Send out a trade record sheet to all agents

• Cash receipt of all commission cheques to close out transactions

• Send EFT commission payments to agents and Coop Brokerages

• Issue landlord checks and return deposits

• Set up weekly EFT transfer summaries

• Send commission invoices to lawyers and co-operating brokerages

• Follow up with other brokerage and lawyers regarding commission cheques

• Remind and follow up with agents about submitting paperwork (i.e. listing agreements) for deal processing and any other tasks related to the daily function of the deal processing department

• Manage and respond to all agent emails on a timely basis.

Experience and Skills we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 -5 years experience in the real estate industry is an asset

• Must have experience using adobe reader/writer and google suite

• Hands-on experience with LoneWolf is preferred. Experience with other real estate deal processing software is a bonus.

• Knowledge in relevant real estate regulations such as REBBA and requirements of FINTRAC ID policies

• Candidate should know how to read and understand an agreement of purchase and sale, agency forms (i.e. buyer representation)

• Exceptional customer service and people skills

• Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and as a part of a team

• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines

• Experience working in a fast-paced setting
