Your missions
Responsibilities
- Assist Clients: Guide and support clients through the loan application process, from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Assessment: Evaluate loan applications to determine borrower creditworthiness and negotiate favorable loan terms.
- Financial Analysis: Collect and analyze financial information to assess borrowers' repayment capabilities accurately.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain ethical and legal standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of loan transactions to facilitate transparency and accountability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, appraisers, and other professionals involved in the loan process to streamline operations.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in loan origination processes.
- Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, familiarity with FNMA guidelines, and proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry.
- Knowledge: Understanding of escrow procedures, mortgage servicing practices, and Fair Housing regulations.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Focus: Strong sales skills with a commitment to achieving targets and deadlines.
