About The Role**

As the Finance and Operations Director, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Finance, Accounting, and Procurement. Collaborate with Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Solution Architects to develop and communicate innovative solutions to our clients. Your success will be measured by the quality of solutions and the overall revenue growth. **

Responsibilities**

Identify, pursue, and capture revenue opportunities within FAP solutions.

Build strategic relationships with key prospects, facilitating the successful closing of deals.

Expand client relationships through add-on and new capability sales.

Collaborate with Sales Executives to capture new business.

Engage in discussions with client executives regarding FAP offerings.

Lead as a representative of our team, positively influencing actions and decisions impacting revenue, delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Own and ensure proper communication and execution of developed solutions.

Be a supportive teammate to foster collaboration among associates. **

Requirements**

Proven background in Finance, Accounting, and Procurement offerings.

Demonstrated experience in creating FAP solutions.

Experience working with client executives and closing business deals.

Solid awareness of market trends, macroeconomic factors, and media coverage.

Motivated leader with the ability to unite teams and deliver winning strategies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Highly organized with strong time management skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.

Effective communicator and presenter. **
