Role Overview
Reporting to the VP of Digital Products, this position offers remote work or can be based at our headquarters in Cape Coral, FL.
This opportunity is tailored for seasoned professionals in performance marketing, focused on tracking and optimizing KPIs to drive business growth.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will leverage your expertise in direct-to-consumer or direct response marketing to develop, execute, measure, and optimize marketing strategies across multiple channels (paid social, acquisition email, paid search, OTT/CTV, display). Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing website conversions, testing new messaging, and identifying valuable audience segments.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the launch of locally targeted paid digital campaigns as we expand our web presence to new U.S. markets.
Campaign Planning: Provide clear direction to collaborators, develop project plans, and track deliverables and dependencies.
Compliance: Ensure campaign assets adhere to brand standards, legal guidelines, and digital best practices, while gathering feedback from stakeholders.
Analysis: Implement and monitor website and campaign performance metrics, recommend optimizations, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
A/B Testing: Plan and execute experiments to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and communicate results effectively.
Quality Assurance: Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Additional Duties: Undertake other digital marketing and product-related tasks as assigned. **
Requirements**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of full-time experience in paid digital media, with a focus on paid social, email, and video preferred.
Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing approaches, and experience with tools like Google Optimize or Optimizely.
Strong familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Experience in copywriting or editing, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM, CDP, or other customer databases is a plus.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with technical acumen for QA/UAT and issue troubleshooting. **
