Title: Sales Executive

Reports To: SVP of Sales & Marketing

Location: Remote (with in-person meetings as required)

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by leading the full sales cycle to acquire new business and expand our market presence. Leveraging your industry expertise and strategic acumen, you will cultivate and nurture client relationships, ensuring their success from initial engagement through to service delivery. Drawing upon your network and business development prowess, you will identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. **

Responsibilities**

Effectively present, promote, and sell Propeller Industries' suite of service offerings.

Focus on proactive prospecting to build a robust pipeline exceeding three times your sales quota.

Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and industry dynamics to position Propeller's solutions for future growth.

Engage with prospects to assess needs, align solutions, and qualify leads based on established criteria.

Lead negotiations, facilitate contract closures, and ensure accurate documentation of client agreements.

Collaborate with prospective clients to tailor the optimal service offering from Propeller's comprehensive portfolio.

Maintain meticulous and timely reporting of forecasts, pipeline activities, and sales goals through Salesforce. **

Requirements**

Demonstrated track record of success in selling professional services, consulting, and managed services to SMBs, with at least 5+ years of experience.

Experience in accounting/finance services or selling to venture or PE-backed startups is highly desirable.

Proven ability to drive direct sales responsibilities ranging from $3M to $6M+.

Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and develop strategic solutions.

Strong executive presence with the capability to engage C-level executives, founders, VCs, and PE firms.

Extensive network enabling access to new clients through referrals and customer penetration activities.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Compensation: The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000, with additional uncapped commission and 2x commission on exceeding quota. Final salary considerations will be based on factors including geographic location, experience, and job-related qualifications.
