Position: Brand Partnerships Director **
About The Role**
As the Brand Partnerships Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue while fostering innovative and impactful connections between our labels, artists, and brands. Your responsibilities will include strategizing, negotiating, and executing brand partnerships to elevate our artists and labels. Acting as a leader in this domain, you will spearhead communication and collaboration between labels, artists, and management teams to ensure the successful implementation of brand partnership initiatives. **
Key Responsibilities**
Serve as a key negotiator and revenue driver, closing impactful brand partnerships.
Develop and manage robust brand partnerships for priority and emerging artist and label projects.
Craft experiential sponsorship pitches and establish partnership tiers to secure diverse brand deals.
Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive database of potential marketing leaders across industries engaging with the music and entertainment sector.
Implement effective tracking systems for outreach, client engagements, and partnership development.
Facilitate regular target status meetings and provide activity summaries.
Collaborate with the marketing department, Ad Sales, Label & Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery of content and product elements. **
Who You Are**
Deeply passionate and connected to music, with a keen understanding of genres and artist dynamics.
Possess at least 7 years of progressive experience in brand partnerships within the entertainment industry, preferably within a record label, distributor, or management company.
A creative self-starter with adaptability and agility.
Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
A clear and effective communicator capable of engaging with global leadership at all levels. **
