Fabulous Account Director opportunity for Ireland's leading individual giving fundraising and direct marketing agency!

Our client is Ireland's leading individual giving fundraising and direct marketing agency.

THE ROLE

This is a fabulous role and opportunity to take on a key mentoring role, enabling team members to reach their full potential whilst also taking the lead to ensure strategic success, delivery of high quality client campaigns and the nurturing of client relationships at the highest level, whilst driving new business development opportunities.

Whilst this role will be heavy on the Direct Marketing front, they do also work across TV, radio, press and digital - so this is a varied role working on a fab mix of clients including Dogs Trust, LauraLynn Children's Hospice, Friends of the Earth and Jigsaw (youth mental health charity). You will collate and apply learning from across the fundraising sector and beyond and bring donor and consumer insight to bear on the strategic and creative processes.

You will also be responsible for new business and marketing, adopting an entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking new opportunities both for the agency and their clients.

YOU

To be considered for this role you will live and breathe direct marketing with five years fundraising experience or five years agency/marketing experience combined with strong knowledge of fundraising.
