Job Description

Responsibilities
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis. Prioritizing requirements based on business needs.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with stakeholders, technicians, and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.


Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, business administration, information technology, or a related field
Experience in web analysis
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
English upper-intermediate and higher
Deep understanding requirements management methodology
Experience with specialized software: documentation, task tracking systems, mockups and prototyping, etc.
Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (including Google Analytics App + Web), AppsFlyer, Firebase
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View) and Google Spreadsheets

Excellent communication skills


Nive to have
Basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML
Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous
