Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects
• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of data integration, data pipelines, and cloud-based analytical platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for data handling.
• In-depth understanding of digital business processes, systems, and technologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for the development of the data analytics platform.
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with data engineers, architects, and scientists to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Assist in defining data governance, compliance, and security policies.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate platform functionalities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for business stakeholders.
