Job description

The job

Reporting to the Market Head, on a day to day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

  • Primarily responsible for the implementation and delivery of sales strategy to attract prospective students to pursue ACCA (with main focus in capacity building with the University Partners whether new or existing key partners)
  • Prime support in maintaining quality education and learning by working together with the relevant partners such as the University partners and ALP &/ Learning partners that support the achievement on pass rates include provide technical guidance into the planning of accreditation and necessary supports to implement these programs successfully
  • Act as the team lead for Student ambassadors in creating continuous engagement within students
  • Supporting the Market Head, to engage and build relationships to enhance ACCA's influence, employability and presence with the stakeholders. Including support the community network that ACCA develop for students, affiliate and members and all other stakeholders of ACCA
  • This would include feeding the right information about ACCA's products and services and any valued-added initiatives to them with integrity and keep the relevant database up to date
  • To ensure that all information in relation to the ACCA/FiA Qualifications and recognition etc. are met and clearly communicated/ that their questions are handled satisfactorily. This includes self-study students.

The person

We're looking for someone who:

  • Have a proven track record of successful delivery of sales/ marketing strategies in a professional environment.
  • Experience in sales of professional qualifications and education will be an added advantage, but not mandatory
  • Able to engage and communicate effectively with people of various levels
  • Good knowledge and understanding of accounting/finance and education industry in Indonesia (specifically) and abroad (in general) will be an added advantage
  • Excellent skill in writing in and speaking both English (mandatory) and Bahasa Indonesia language
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Be able to work independently and also as a strong team player
  • Be able to deliver agreed KPIs in a result-driven environment
  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in line with ACCA's values and behaviours.
