Within a commercial team of 25 people worldwide, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for the B2B sales development of Southeast Asia.We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate with a strong background in the travel industry and preferably experience in the rail sector.
The results-oriented individual will partner with premium retail travel agencies, tour operators, and OTAs to develop and grow the portfolio.
The primary role of this position is to formulate business development plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve sales targets, boost local sales, consolidate sales networks, develop new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and create and implement a yearly marketing plan for the region.
Who we’re looking for
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or above in tourism or related disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years working experience in related industries.
🌍 Excellent command of spoken and written English, and native proficiency in Thai.
💻 High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Skills in social media tools, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop are an advantage.
🤝 Team player with good interpersonal, communication, presentation, time, and project management skills.
