Requirements

The role

The PMO Lead is responsible for overseeing the project management process for all projects that the consulting organization undertakes. This includes developing and implementing project management methodologies, processes, and tools; providing guidance and support to project managers; and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will:

Ø  Incept, develop and deploy the PMO Framework and strategy to deliver ERP Programs

Ø  Ensure responsible individuals are held accountable for the delivery of the strategic priorities and their performance is tracked and monitored.

Ø  Track and monitor the implementation of the strategy, manage and flex cross functional resources to achieve the program delivery in a disciplined manner.

Ø  Focused on an analytical approach and adopt to modern delivery methods

Ø  Perform data analyses as part of an integrated program of process control and designed experimentation.

Ø  Ability to Forecast, prioritize and manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets for multi-year programs

Ø  Identify, develop and increase the capabilities of the process to deliver ongoing improvements.

Ø  Ability to create program delivery playbooks, controls, KPIs for teams to enhance the programs delivery and quality.

Ø  Ability to create and build PMO Value Chain for Portfolio and Program

Ø  Ability to analyse data to identify trends and patterns, and to make informed decisions about project performance.

Ø  Ability to manage change effectively, in order to ensure that projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

Ø  Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, in order to keep them informed of project progress and to get their buy-in on key decisions.

Ø  Modern engineering practices including micro front end, microservices and headless

Ø  architecture

Ø  Building cloud-native apps and event-message-driven distributed systems

Ø  High volume transaction systems

Ø  Spring Boot and/or Spring Cloud applications

Ø  Agile team CI/CD DevOps and Delivery processes

Ø  Experience of working with shop systems such as Commercetools, Spryker, BigCommerce, Magento, Salesforce, Kibo or something similar

Ø  Experience with tools for documenting architectures e.g. LeanIX (nice to have)

Ø  Have the gravitas and personality to lead and deliver a huge ERP programs

Ø  Provide clear, strong leadership and direction to the client and program teams to meet the business objectives and KPIs with clear accountabilities and responsibilities

Ø  Coach, build and develop a team who are capable of creating sustainable performance improvement

Ø  Establish, maintain and develop a culture of Teamwork, Trust and Excellence to collaboratively achieve the program goals

Ø  Create an environment of high performance, continuous learning, feedback and training within the team that provides project teams with the skills, knowledge and capability to enhance their performance

Ø  Ability to persuade and influence and drive change by making individuals responsible and accountable

Ø  Experience gained from Management Consulting environment

 

Technology:

 

Ø  MS Office, Azure Boards (Azure DevOps based workflows), Jira, Smartsheet, SAP ERP Program Delivery, Trello, Mural Boards.
