Sr. Business Analyst - Healthcare at Affinity

Job Description:On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to develop models for operational service delivery and synthesize findings to present to key stakeholder groups for decision making. Responsibilities :• Support clinical teams• Work closely with clinical leads and PMs in a collaborative team• Contribute to clinical planning projects, data analysis• Develop reports and presentation materials as require to support stakeholder engagement, decision making, and leadership recommendationsQualifications:• 10 years’ experience performing business analysis including developing models for operational service delivery and synthesizing findings to present to key stakeholder groups for decision making. • 1 year of experience working on province-wide changes to healthcare service delivery organizations including their aligning their organizational functions and redesigning their organizational reporting structure. • 2 years’ experience working on the reorganization of provincial organizations that support healthcare information systems including updates to the business architecture and the development of strategic roadmaps for managing digital assets. • 5 years’ experience as a team lead or project manager leading teams of business analysts and consultants. • 5 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting organizational change management activities. • 5 years’ experience performing analysis and implementing change in a healthcare or similar public sector environment. • 5 years’ experience with complex business architecture and modelling, including working directly with executive leadership teams and facilitating stakeholder workshops, to develop future state models, performance gap analyses, and developing transition plans to move to the future state.
