What are we looking for? 🧠 - High level of English - Detail-oriented - Accountability - Organized - Proactive - Customer experience over phone/video - Confidence speaking to Sales/Marketing SaaS leaders - Understanding of B2B Sales & Marketing

It would be a bonus if you have experience working remotely, have worked in a similar role, or have been in a start-up environment in previous roles.

What will you be responsible for? πŸ’‘ - Having full accountability for the accounts that you manage - Understanding our customers' goals and requirements, breaking them down into clear instructions for the research team - Regular interaction with our customers to ensure that their DataBees service is aligned with their overall business goals - Ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables are produced on time by our research team - Respond to everyday customer queries - Work closely with the leadership team to improve processes and ensure DataBees customers have an exceptional customer experience from the beginning to the end of the life cycle - Work with sales to ensure new customers are onboarded quickly and effectively
