As a People Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace environment. You'll be the driving force behind P&C catch-ups, devising engagement strategies, fostering development, and occasionally lending your talents to recruitment initiatives.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- English: Excellent oral and written skills.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations, or other related field.
- Proven experience in people-focused roles with a minimum of 4 years in a P&C capacity.
- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to think creatively and implement engaging strategies.
