YOUR PURPOSE AND FUNCTION IN OUR COMPANY:
The Agency Performance Analyst will work to evaluate the performance of the independent insurance agencies partnered with our company so that we can optimize agency performance and foster strong relationships with our agency partners.
The Agency Performance Analyst will:
- Analyze Agency Performance: Analyze the performance of independent insurance agencies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as growth, retention, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance agency performance and overall productivity.
- Analyze Agency Compensation Program: Analyze and review agency compensation programs to ensure alignment with company goals and market competitiveness. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compensation structures and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate Agency Incentive Payments: Administer agency incentive programs and coordinate payments to eligible agencies accurately and timely. Act as the primary point of contact for agency inquiries related to incentive payments.
- Manage Profit Sharing Programs: Manage the profit-sharing program for independent agencies, ensuring accurate calculations and timely distribution of payouts. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with profit-sharing agreements.
- Generate Reports: Develop and generate comprehensive reports on agency performance and compensation programs for internal and external stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.

- Analytical and data interpretation: Strong ability to identify internal and external data sources and leverage to identify and analyze agency performance results and trends to guide decision-making around strategies and actions focused on enhancing agency experience and agency performance to drive profitable growth.
- Business acumen: A solid understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and operations, is essential.
- Communication and interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture productive relationships, and clearly and concisely articulate trends in the data.
- Independent and Team: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. as part of a team.
- Life-long learner: Ability and desire to learn new concepts, processes, and applications in an evolving environment.
- Organized: Good attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills to effectively balance competing priorities while meeting the needs of various internal and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in insurance industry and financial analysis, preferably within an agency or carrier setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is required.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and agency operations is a plus.
- Proficient in relevant enterprise tools and software (Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau).

The base pay range for this position is $66,287.40 - $103,680.30 paid on a salaried basis. The rate offered to any candidate will be reflective of the candidate’s experience and any relevant education, certification, or qualifications related to their ability to perform the responsibilities of this position as permitted by law.
