The Implementation Specialist will have a specialized focus on Human Capital Management (HCM), particularly in HR and Benefits platforms. The ideal candidate will bring advanced Excel skills, proficiency in ETL tools, and possess a deep understanding of benefits administration processes. This role is pivotal in guiding our clients through successful implementations of our HR and Benefits platform, leveraging both technical and strategic expertise.

Responsibilities Include:HCM and Benefits Platform Implementation: - Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of our HR and Benefits platform, ensuring alignment with clients' business requirements and industry best practices - Leverage in-depth knowledge of benefits administration to provide tailored solutions and configurations for clients

Client Engagement: - Collaborate closely with clients to conduct comprehensive needs assessments, translating complex benefits administration processes into effective system configurations - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations to empower clients in maximizing the potential of the HR and Benefits platform

Data Management and ETL: - Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manipulate data, ensuring seamless migration and integration with the HR and Benefits platform - Apply ETL tools to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, optimizing data flow for benefits administration

SQL Database Interaction: - Work with SQL databases to ensure smooth data interaction with the HR and Benefits platform - Collaborate with client IT teams to optimize database structures for efficient benefits data management

Customization and Configuration: - Customize the HR and Benefits platform to meet the unique needs of clients, using configuration tools and scripting languages - Implement and document system enhancements, providing a tailored solution for benefits administration

Quality Assurance: - Conduct rigorous testing of HR and Benefits platform configurations, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and alignment with benefits administration requirements - Address and resolve issues promptly during the implementation process

Legacy Knowledge Transfer: - Leverage strong legacy knowledge of benefits administration processes to facilitate smooth transitions from legacy systems to the new HR and Benefits platform - Provide insights and recommendations based on historical and industry-specific practices

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field - Proven experience as a Senior Implementation Consultant with a focus on HR and Benefits platforms - Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation - Familiarity with SQL databases; hands-on experience is a plus - Strong project management skills, ability to work in a collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions - Familiarity with scripting languages for system customization (e.g., JavaScript, Python) - Previous experience working with cloud-based HCM solutions - Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulations related to benefits administration
