Job description

The role: Managing clients implementations and ensuring timely delivery of projects, data integration, and configurations to achieve positive outcomes. Work on multiple projects at a time and assist in launching newly acquired customers as part of client's product platform. Create project documentation, including but not limited to project and implementation plans, milestones, risk assessments and project reports. Work in close collaboration with product and design teams to assure integrated approach towards successful delivery. Deep understanding of software product functionalities and modules. Support all processes and systems to enable company's success and decision making.

The Company: Our client is a small product startup company with a team of dedicated software engineers working with the goal of setting the foundations of an innovative product, used by clients in North America within the real estate field.

The Location: The job requires working on-site at the client's location in Sofia. Work from home is also an option after probation period.

Тhe Candidate: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, along with practical expertise in data integration, configuration, and/or workflow optimisation processes. Problem solving attitude and previous experience in working and supporting customers. Excellent English skills, both verbal and written. Ability to take on multiple roles and drive initiatives to foster growth demonstrating adaptability and proactive approach towards ad-hock tasks.
