Our mission is to enhance the wellbeing of animals through honest, healthful products that deliver value. We are seeking a new Veterinary Solutions Specialist to join our team. Your role will be to initiate contact with potential customers, identify needs, cultivate new business opportunities, and build solutions that support positive treatment outcomes. You will work with Operations Team and report to our President. **

What You Will Do**

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems.
  • Secure sales by reaching out to veterinarians, dealers, and distributors through calls, correspondence, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple projects at varying stages.
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Return standard administration queries and emails to customers.
  • Interface with outside graphic designers, copywriters, and technical consultants to execute marketing and sales programs.

What You Will Bring
