Job Responsibilities**

  • Own the Consumer & Shopper Insights (CSI) budget for a group of Beauty and Fashion retailer accounts and support the day-to-day CSI relationships with key retail partners.
  • Build strategic relationships with client contacts to develop business insights regarding the clients' most important issues/needs, both short and long-term
  • Proactively relate consumer insights to category/industry trends to identify and quantify client business opportunities.
  • Utilize Circana's Unify+ and other analytic-related software to provide insights and recommendations to our clients.
  • Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments and teams within Circana to ensure success for the business.
  • Expand the client base to include a broader mix of end users.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Client Services, or Account Management.
  • Market research, economics, statistics, or marketing background preferred.
  • Experience and practical application of utilizing longitudinal panel data is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrate fearlessness and stability both internally and with clients in a quickly evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; curiosity and drive.
  • Ability to generate/support creative ideas and effectively sell those ideas.
  • Aptitude to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights from several data sources.
  • Understanding how consumer data can be used to identify business-building opportunities for clients.
  • Strong presentation skills with a high comfort level presenting to large groups and senior audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

**_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000.
