Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager will manage AI focused analytics-based projects in partnership with the Infrastructure Operations and Enterprise Architecture and Data teams. The Technical Project Manager will identify and proactively manage project interdependencies, as well as implement, and maintain project initiatives that adhere to the organization’s strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing data analytics and Structured Query Language (SQL) based projects. **

Role And Responsibilities**

• Implement, and maintain project initiatives that adhere to the organization’s strategy and objectives
• Work closely with project sponsor and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for project deliverables
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams
• Manage budget for the project and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce project reports for management and stakeholders
• Defining the project governance controls
• Facilitate global cross-functional business requirements sessions
• Alignment of the future state processes (what will be changed, business impact/benefit, alignment with target state architecture) to project deliverables

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or a technical field with 7 to 10 years of directly relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 5 to 8 years of applicable business experience
• At least five (5) years of experience leading IT projects with Demonstrated experience in managing data analytics or data security focused projects; experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) projects is a plus
• PMP certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience collaborating with and supporting multiple business leaders within a large corporate environment
• Proven ability to influence and manage the expectations of stakeholders, team members, management, and external partners
• Knowledgeable on the relationships between data and leading data driven projects
