What You’ll Be Doing**

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end initiative measurement metrics.
  • Diagnose and pinpoint areas for improvement within the Sales & Support organization (eg. GTM opportunities, customer segmentation, pipeline optimization, call routing, workforce management etc.) as you evaluate the company’s business health and performance.
  • Support the projects, pilots, and exploratory strategic ideas with quick data analyses and performance reporting.
  • Enable critical business decisions working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learning.
  • The role will require you to maintain a delicate balance between addressing short-term high-priority tactical business needs with pioneering longer-term initiatives requiring “big-picture” thinking.
  • Design, implement, and improve business utilizing various tools/business processes (inclusive of Anaplan, Alteryx, AS400, Contract DataMart, Tableau, etc.) to assist in driving material EBITDA improvements across SBA.
  • Ability to utilize a variety of information management tools to develop meaningful analytics to be consumed by our senior management. These analytics not only provide business insight, but also help to drive critical business decisions.
  • Drive and/or support complex projects through all project phases including; initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, change management, and postmortem assessment
  • Lead project status and cross-functional alignment reviews while monitoring interdependencies through appropriate recurring and one-time mechanisms, while identifying key issues and risks, recommend options which are supported by a clear fact set and analysis, facilitate and negotiate individual and team decisions
  • Lead data collection and provide analysis to support improvements on Sales Operation initiatives

What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in analytics and data-focused position
  • 3+ years of Data quality, Data governance, and Master Data Management
  • 3+ years’ experience working with Alteryx, Tableau and PowerBI tools. Experience with Anaplan software a plus

What’s Needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Well versed in SQL Experience and manipulating large data sets
  • Proficient in Excel (V-lookup, PivotTables, Complex models)
