About The Position**

Joining us as a Marketing Specialist means taking on a pivotal role in coordinating our social media channels and website. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Web Manager, you will actively contribute to the day-to-day execution of social media strategies, playing a crucial role in maintaining our digital presence.

As a capable multitasker, you will navigate various digital environments, ensuring timely updates, alignment with brand standards, content guidelines, and the appropriate tone of voice before publishing.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities**

Social Media Production:

Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in implementing a global social strategy for our channels.

Develop short- and long-term promotion calendars for our global social channels.

Schedule and post compelling content daily.

Create toolkits and templates for regional social media channels, staff, and community use.

Monitor channels and engage with followers daily.

Report on quarterly engagement and identify trends for improvement.

Support the development and management of paid campaigns.

Create graphics following brand guidelines. **

Website Support**

Ongoing content updates, maintenance, and archiving using standardized templates.

Schedule, proofread, and publish blog posts.

Coordinate with the translations team on multilingual content.

Perform website administration tasks (SEO, accessibility fixes, etc.).

Provide quarterly and on-request website analytic reports.

Other duties as assigned. **

Desired Qualifications**

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

Degree in Communications or related field.

Strong multitasking skills.

Proficiency in the digital environment.

Experience with WordPress CMS, including knowledge of Gutenberg editor features.

Knowledge of website performance, usability, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Experience with major social media platforms is required; experience with emerging networks is a plus.

Design capabilities using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator.

Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics (GA4 is a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

English as a first language; knowledge of Spanish and French is a plus.
