We're on the lookout for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team in a collaborative role, overseeing our social media presence and fostering relationships with our content creators and influencers. This role is all about crafting captivating narratives, enhancing community engagement, and driving revenue through organic channels. **

Key Responsibilities**

Curate and post engaging content daily across all social platforms

Analyze performance metrics to understand audience preferences

Create shareable content to boost community interaction

Collaborate with content creators and editors to consistently produce content aligned with brand pillars

Lead ideation sessions, contribute to the creative pipeline, and ensure timely execution

Develop weekly content in line with the marketing calendar and prompts from the marketing team

Visually document behind-the-scenes aspects of our brand

Reach out to both existing and new influencers for content generation

Actively engage with the community to encourage user-generated content

Proactively monitor social channels, responding to comments and interacting with our audience

Generate weekly reports showcasing growth against predefined KPIs

Devise social strategies for new product launches and collaborations **

Qualifications**

2+ years of experience in social media management, including ideation and content creator management

1+ years of experience working with social media influencers and affiliates **

Additional Skills & Competencies**

Outgoing personality with a passion for collaboration

Ability to think both creatively and strategically

Proficient in ideating and executing compelling content to enhance engagement

This is a remote freelance position requiring 10-15 hours per week.
