Responsibilities

Insight Global's client is a manufacturer of luxury bathroom products. Based out of Montreal, they have also continued to grow their presence within the US and are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to assist their West and Mid-west teams. Reporting to the company's VP of Sales, as their regional Sales Manager you would be responsible for:

  • Effectively building and managing relationships with rep firms and agency networks, positioning the company as a preferred supplier in the market. This will require 12-15 days per month of travel with our rep groups.
  • Growing the client's customer base.
  • Networking and developing strong business relationships with customers and if necessary, with all departments and key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Scheduling regular account review meetings within existing client base to ensure customer satisfaction and anticipate future needs.
  • Participating in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning processes as appropriate in order to meet and exceed goals.
  • Reviewing and analyzing trends, market changes and the competitive landscape in order to make suggestions and recommendations to management.
  • Ensuring that each client receives outstanding service by providing a client friendly environment, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge and keeping up to date on the company's product portfolio.
  • Coaching, educating and following up with independent reps to ensure they are meeting growth goals and effectively promoting the company's products.
  • Supporting marketing strategies and brand awareness campaigns to gain higher visibility in the market.
  • On-going education of independent reps.
  • Tracking agent activity.
