Who You Are:

We are currently seeking a motivated Paid Media Intern to join our remote team. This internship presents a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and insights into the dynamic world of paid media advertising. As a Paid Media Intern, you will work closely with our seasoned paid media specialists to support various initiatives aimed at maximizing our clients' online visibility and ROI.

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing to optimize campaign performance and reach strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Learn and apply best practices for budget management, bid optimization, and campaign pacing to maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies to contribute innovative ideas and strategies.

Requirements

    • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in digital marketing and paid media advertising.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
    • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
    • Prior experience with data analysis tools and Excel/Google Sheets is desirable but not required.
