As an Engineering Manager, the primary focus of this role is to oversee the growth and development of a team of up to six engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a collaborative and productive working environment, leveraging their leadership skills to guide the team towards achieving key milestones. You should possess excellent collaboration and partnership skills with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in steering the team towards innovation and excellence in development for this new focus area.

This is a new team and a new initiative for us at Chainlink, you will be responsible for helping the team build and grow from the ground up.
