The individual should possess a willingness to travel to London for a duration of one month in order to undergo training.

Roles and Responsibilities
Must to accept rotational shifts.
MQ Support knowledge is desirable.
MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications desirable.
Application support profile
In-depth knowledge in SQL.
Hands on in SWIFT, MQ Support admin, IT Helpdesk, Virtualization admin, Splunk
Minimum N4 JLPT Japanese level.
Adherence to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001, Policies & Procedures
Ability to demonstrate experience of AD (Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy management, etc.)
Ability to demonstrate experience of VMware administration
Ability to demonstrate Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCOM etc.) Administration
Proven experience troubleshooting security issues across various technologies
Azure AD and Quest Active Roles skills
Customer-centric career experience and excellent Time management skills.
Ability to work within customer focused team and Excellent communication skills
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others.
Should be flexible to work in an operational environment, rotational shifts and on-call schedule.
Other general responsibilities as instructed by management.
