About the Role
As a Vista by Viewpoint Implementation Specialist at Aayla Solutions, you will be integral in reviewing and optimizing the existing implementation of Vista by Viewpoint software for our clients. Your role involves assessing the current software integration, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing support to enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of the software within client operations.

Job Type and Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship and Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on long-term satisfaction and engagement in the HR and labour management sectors.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their HR and labour management needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling other HR-related services offered by Aayla Solutions.

Review and Optimization:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing Vista by Viewpoint implementations with a focus on HR and labour management features.

  • Identify and implement improvements and optimizations in the HR and labour management aspects of the software setup.

  • Provide expert support and solutions to enhance software efficiency and integration in HR and labour management.

Technical Coordination and Support:

  • Lead and manage technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery in HR and labour management integrations.

  • Coordinate with SQL and Crystal Reports teams for optimal software functionality and integration in HR-related modules.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR and labour management software optimization.

Training and Consultation:
