You are welcomed here as you bring:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency);
- Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong decision-making skills.
As a core team member, you will:
- Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
- Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements;
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
- Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
- Contribute to further development, change management in the company;
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
