Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, Associates degree and valid WA State drivers license or ability to obtain one.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide confidential executive support, including scheduling, meeting logistics and event coordination
- Assist in preparing for Board of Directors meetings & processing Public Disclosure Requests
- Manage documents, purchase orders, budgeting, facility work orders, office supplies, and workflow improvements
- Assume responsibilities based on intern and external customer comments with flexibility and time management
