Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our client in the manufacturing area.

The Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for all aspects of coordination and administration activity for the end-to-end hiring process. You will be a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers during the pre-employment process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of recruitment pre-employment activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process.
  • Coordinate external candidate drug screens, background checks, physicals and travel/expenses as it relates to the recruiting efforts
  • Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time.
  • Manage offer letter process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information.
  • Assist with Campus Recruiting
  • Serve as back-up support for Workday HRIS
  • Coordinate candidates travel and manages expenses
  • Support recruiting efforts with additional administrative tasks as needed

Essential Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation as it pertains to background checks and drug testing
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Previous administration/coordination/scheduling experience is essential
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with high work standards and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard and attention to detail
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Good To Have

  • Workday recruiting experience
  • More than 3 years of recruiting or HR experience

Ardent Mills is headquartered in Roswell, GA. This role can be 100% remote. The successful candidate will be expected to commit to a periodic presence in the Roswell HQ office, the frequency of which is open to discussion with the hiring manager.
