What Will You Do:
- Partners with hiring manager to determine current and future staffing needs and best recruiting process for position(s)
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire), and delivers employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt positions
- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as online resume databases, career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance
- Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Processes job requisitions
- Acts as liaison with area employment agencies and advertising agencies
- Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy
- Supervises and trains Recruitment staff in day-to-day duties
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) and complete weekly reporting
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting, job boards, career fairs)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Recommend and implement ways to improve our employer brand in partnership with marketing
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners
- Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
- Flexible schedule as needed to support 24 x 5 global recruiting prescence
- Utilizes technology and AI to streamline recruiting processes
- Works closely with recruiting managers in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on national-level initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR
- A minimum of 7 years of proven National recruiting experience as a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Senior Recruiter in a high growth environment supporting multiple departments.
- Prior experience managing recruiters is a plus.
- Experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt, and leadership positions.
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports
- Strong personal initiative with solid business acumen, judgment, discretion, and integrity
- Must be internet/research savvy and experienced in mining online databases, LinkedIn, etc
- Ability to manage competing demands with a sense of urgency, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
- Excellent relationship management, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong external recruiting network; knowledge and extensive past use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Supervisory Responsibility:
- This position supervises the Recruiters and recruitment support
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- The position is performed in an office/home office environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach up to 25 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time exempt position.
- Days of work are Monday through Friday with some early morning or evening work required
