POSITION SUMMARY 

 

AmeriVet Partners is seeking a dynamic Manager, Talent Acquisition Analytics and Enablement to drive innovation and enhance the efficiency of our growing Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives in both tactical execution and strategic problem-solving—managing day-to-day recruitment analytics while also contributing to the development of a scalable and impactful TA analytics strategy. This role will also be a key partner in optimizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday, and supporting the overall enablement of the TA function to drive efficiency, automation, and best practices. This role is an exciting opportunity to optimize Workday, enhance TA analytics, and enable our recruiters with best-in-class tools and processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Own recruitment analytics end-to-end, developing insights to drive strategic hiring decisions. 

  • Develop, automate, and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and analytics tools while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements. 

  • Define and recommend key recruiting metrics to measure productivity, assess performance, and inform hiring strategies. 

  • Utilize data-driven insights to establish KPIs that track the effectiveness of recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Conduct regular audits and data integrity checks, highlighting areas for enhancement and collaborating with TA leadership to ensure recruiters take necessary actions. 

  • Provide data consultation to recruiters and TA leadership, helping optimize recruitment efforts through insights and analytics. 

  • Support the optimization, configuration, and enhancement of Workday to improve recruitment workflows, reporting, and overall efficiency. 

  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to implement system updates, troubleshoot ATS issues, and enhance reporting functionality within Workday. 

  • Partner closely with the TA team, Recruiting Operations, and cross-functional teams to maximize system capabilities and streamline recruiting technology. 

  • Identify and troubleshoot opportunities for automation and efficiency in recruitment reporting, dashboards, and system functionality. 

  • Support TA enablement efforts by developing training materials, best practices, and tools that empower recruiters to optimize their workflows. 

  • Gather recruitment requirements and work with BI and HR teams to develop project plans that drive strategic initiatives. 

  • Drive operational efficiencies to deliver a seamless and scalable recruiting experience for all stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement new reporting tools, integrations, and system enhancements that drive efficiency. 

  • Manage and support key TA programs, including employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent engagement initiatives to attract top veterinary talent.  

  • Coordinate and optimize recruitment events, such as career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum candidate engagement.  

  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to enhance AmeriVet’s employer brand through targeted campaigns, social media strategies, and content creation that showcases our culture and career opportunities.  

  • Analyze the effectiveness of TA programs and events, leveraging data to refine strategies, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement in candidate attraction efforts. 

  

What You Bring: 

  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, and data management. 

  • Expertise in recruiting analytics, dashboards, and data visualization including experience developing executive and board decks.  

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday, and a strong understanding of system optimization and reporting. 

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. 

  • Prior experience within a recruitment team or operations function, with a deep understanding of managing multiple projects. 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
