About the Job

You will love this job if you love

- Implementing technologies (down to writing script, SQL),

- Analyzing data,

- Delivering solutions to Clients!

Your priority will be to work on any Client request which can be to:

- Discuss Monitoring, Analytics, and/or Automation requirements

- Setup germain UX (on cloud or on premise),

- Configure any Monitoring, Analytics, and/or Automation (via our wizard, or our rule editor, or scripting e.g. python, shell, SQL, etc)

- Analyze Data (to troubleshoot or find insights)

- Train Clients on using germain UX

- Be the liaison between Clients and our Engineering team,

- 100% of the time, you will be communicating with clients either via email, phone calls, online meeting, etc


Required skills: Unix, SQL, Scripting, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, Apache Solr, AWS, Prospect, Kubernetes, ELK, Troubleshooting, Analytics, Dashboarding, Understanding Business Process Problems and Functional Requirements. Fluent English is a must.
